A flat rate of $14.99 is charged on all orders.

Typically orders will arrive within 1-3 business days.

If the item is not in stock then it may take 7-10 business days to arrive.

If you require a refund or need to return a product, please contact us and we will make arrangements to issue the proper refund.

Ensure the product has not been used and is in perfect resalable condition.

If the product was damaged prior to delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will schedule a return for the damaged product and issue you a replacement immediately.

Yes, all products are packaged and shipped so the contents cannot be identified.

As long as your address is in Canada we can deliver your order directly to you.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible.

If your order has not already been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.

If the order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order. Unfortunately at this point, a return can

be arranged, but you may be responsible for return shipping charges.

We accept all major payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
